My most challenging (and therefore rewarding) example of permit modernization at NJ OOI was the Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

This project was part of a bigger initiative that streamlined small business set up by 30% for 200k+ users.

As a Content Design Lead, I oversaw the information architecture and UX writing across three product teams while mentoring junior writers from Apr 2023 to Apr 2024.
